The First Workshop of 2024 is a MONSTER!
Following the extraordinary results and fun had at last years Bigfoot Workshop, during a LIVE episode of Wild & Weird Radio last fall we were asked by viewers to do a paranormal workshop and by the end of that show we had vowed not only would we do a paranormal workshop but we would do it like no other we had put on and we would do it in one of West Virginia's most paranormal hotspots, The TNT-Area.
This one is for all you Wild & Weirdos and Weirdettes out there!
Just like our Bigfoot Workshops, you will learn some basic skills to become a better investigator, meet like-minded people and get to use a lot of equipment. We will have The Mothman Historian himself, Steve Ward on hand to talk about the history of the Mothman as well as other high strangeness events that have been reported in the area such as UFOs, Bigfoot and more.
We will tour several of the area bunkers and get a guided hike by Master Naturalist Joe Perdue as he points out not only the unique flora and fauna of the area but also what you want to look for and listen for while looking for evidence.
There will be multiple demonstrations and presentations throughout the day on proper data collection and more leading up to a camp style dinner after which a TOP SECRET surprise awaits the entire party.
Following this surprise you may join us back at the base site where we put everything you have learned all day to the test. We will conduct a night operation involving multiple pieces of equipment including IR, full spectrum and thermal viewers as well as EMF, audio , and LOTs more. We will be watching both the skies and the surrounding area.
NOTE: This part is completely optional as it may go into the late night depending on results and weather conditions.
This is an exclusive event open to ONLY 35 spots.
Just like all our events - Your TICKET will be your receipt (You must show a screenshot, print etc proof of payment when you arrive at the site), money will not be taken at the site.

To allow Wild & Weird West Virginia LLC and its affiliates full rights to all data and images for use in both commercial and research applications. You also agree to sign a hold harmless agreement on site prior to the start of the event for proper records.
Note there are water hazards in the area, due to this the NIGHT OP EVENT and UFO WATCH is for ADULTS ONLY, this is a very dark area at night, we will have lights but suggest guests also bring your own. You may also bring your own chairs, equipment , etc. You are responsible for your personal belongings.
In the event of extremely bad weather a reschedule will occur.

This Event Is Sold Out
We will review applications in order of arrival and send you an invoice for your payment of $45 per guest. Once we receive your payment you will be added to the list. If we do not receive payment within 24 Hours we will move on to the next applicant. Applicants will be added to the list on a first pay basis until the list is full and the applications are closed.
Screen shot or print out your receipt of payment and have it with you the day of the event this is your only ticket and proof of payment.

A Look Back At Our First Workshop
In 2021 during a time when people were dealing with the stress and fallout from 2020. West Virginia's first Bigfoot workshop in WV was held in Kanawha State Forest. We had a full day of learning, hands on demonstrations, incredible food and fun, followed up by a night hike out on the trail to put everything our guests learned to the test. It was an incredible time for all who attended. Here are a few pics from that event.
Last years Bigfoot Workshop was packed and everyone there got a lot more than they expected. We hold our workshops in active areas and you never know what may or may not happen. In this case we caught it on camera for everyone else to see.
